The manufacturing facilities are spread over 95,000 square feet and house our state-of-the-art Controlled Atmospheric Brazing (CAB) furnaces. We introduced CAB technology in India in 2002 and are the first to produce Plate and Bar coolers using the same. The facility is strategically located in the state of Gujarat, the most developed industrial base, and is well connected to ports, airports and express highways.

Our precise CAB process is used for the manufacture of all our Aluminum Heat Exchangers. Proficient use and application of this technology, coupled with the selection of stable design configurations and corrosion resistant alloys, ensures that our products deliver on key customer performance metrics and ensure years of trouble free service. The structural robustness and performance superiority of Plate and Bar Aluminum Heat Exchangers makes them ideal for high pressure-high cooling applications, over other types of Heat Exchangers.

Our production facilities are designed around our flexible manufacturing processes and very are well geared to handle small and large batch sizes with equal ease. The plant is divided into dedicated lines for various product types. Manufacturing agility and rapid design to prototype turnaround time is bolstered by our in-house tooling department.
